AFL Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wills and Estates Administrator to join our client's dynamic team. As a key member of the Wills and Estates Law team, you will play a vital role in assisting senior lawyers with a range of tasks, including client file management, document preparation, and liaison with clients and third parties.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional administrative support to senior lawyers, including preparing and typing legal documents, managing client files, and coordinating with clients and third parties.
  • Assist with the preparation of briefs to barristers and diary management.
  • Engage in ad hoc projects and general administration tasks as required.
  • Contribute to the development of the Wills and Estates Law team by sharing your expertise and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a secretary or paralegal in Wills and Estates Law.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and typing speed over 60wpm.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and results-oriented with the ability to multitask and work independently.
