About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled Customer Engagement Specialist to build and maintain key relationships with distributors and customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors across our global network
  • Deliver commercial success through effective communication with distributors and customers

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Contribute to growing our distribution network and driving bottom-line business results
  2. Provide product training for distributors to equip them with sales strategies and messaging
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  4. Assist senior management in developing and meeting annual turnover goals
  5. Work closely with the Marketing team to develop effective communication and campaign strategies
  6. Contribute as a valuable team player

About You:

You'll be a driven individual with excellent analytical and planning skills, who can identify and respond to new commercial opportunities. Prior experience in customer service, nursing, medical devices, or healthcare will be an advantage.
