Job Overview:
Astellas is searching for an ambitious Senior Brand Manager in Oncology to join our team. As a Senior Brand Manager, you will develop and implement commercial strategies and programs to increase value to our patients. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the successful candidate will lead and manage the annual commercial planning cycle, including execution analysis and sales forecasts.

The newly appointed Senior Brand Manager will be part of an established team gearing up for the launch of a new medicine. Your key responsibilities will include championing high-value customer experiences, developing deep market insights, and responsible P&L management for assigned Oncology brands.

Key Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in marketing brand management with significant decision-and P&L responsibilities
* Demonstrated OCO/MCE marketing skills
* Leadership and influence without authority
* Strong project management and data analytical skills
* High comfort and agility with technologies

Preferred Qualifications:
* Advanced understanding of the relevant therapeutic area(s)
* Flexible, customer-focused attitude
* Solution-oriented problem-solving skills

Educational Background:
* Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in Marketing and/or Business
* Life Sciences/Pharmacy qualifications preferred
