About North Lakes Village
We are seeking a highly organised and skilled Administrative Support Professional to join our team at North Lakes.
About the role:
This is a permanent full-time position where you will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the village, working closely with the Village Manager and team to deliver high-quality service to our residents and their families.
- Support the resident move-in process and ongoing village communications by providing exceptional customer service and assistance.
- Organise community events and activities that promote a sense of community and belonging among our residents.
- Provide administrative support to the Village Manager, including handling billing, accounts payable, and general recordkeeping.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors with professionalism and care.
- Handle billing, accounts payable, and general recordkeeping tasks.
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (SharePoint and D365 experience is a bonus).
- The ability to work well within a close-knit team.
- A genuine passion for supporting older Australians.
- Make a positive impact in a connected, resident-first environment.
