Administration Support Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support the day-to-day operations of our village.

As an Administration Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality service to our residents and their families. Your strong organizational and communication skills will be essential in supporting the smooth running of the village.

  • You will greet and assist residents, families, and visitors with professionalism and care.
  • Support the resident move-in process and ongoing village communications.
  • Assist with organizing community events and activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the Village Manager.
  • Handle billing, accounts payable, and general recordkeeping.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (SharePoint and D365 experience is a bonus).
  • The ability to work well within a close-knit team.
  • A genuine passion for supporting older Australians.
