We are looking for a seasoned professional with exceptional organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching managers on performance management, employee relations, and leadership development.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner or strategic HR role.
