Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to drive strategic initiatives and support business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality HR interventions, providing guidance and coaching to managers and employees, and ensuring employee relations issues are properly identified, reported, investigated, and resolved.

About the Role:

  • To develop and implement effective HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, talent assessment, and workplace investigations.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify and address key HR challenges and opportunities.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HR business partnering, preferably in a commercial or residential property development setting.
  • Strong understanding of HR fundamentals, including employment law, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
