Senior HR Business Partner
A strategic partner is required to join a dynamic business on a 12-month fixed term contract.
The role involves partnering with senior leaders across diverse portfolios to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
Main responsibilities include:
Strategic HR partnering for up to four senior leaders across a diverse range of portfolios.
Partnering with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
Providing expert guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
Leading change management programs to ensure smooth transitions and employee engagement.
Coaching managers on performance management, employee relations, and leadership development.
Collaborating with Centers of Excellence in areas such as Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Reward & Benefits.
The successful candidate will have the confidence of a HR Professional who uses their working relationships to advise, influence and challenge partners to deliver their people plan.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner or strategic HR role.
Strong knowledge of local employment law and HR best practices.
