Performance Expert - Drive Investment Success

Delivering precise and insightful performance analysis is critical for investment achievements. In this role, you will resolve complex challenges in performance measurement, develop enhanced attribution models, and drive continuous improvement in performance attribution processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides guidance to and develops other analysts in measuring, analyzing, and interpreting the investment performance of various asset classes
  • Delivers and oversees delivery of accurate performance analysis, reports, and technical requests
  • Researches and resolves intricate performance issues
  • Develops and leads solutions to complex performance and attribution modeling and process improvements

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure an efficient, complementary, and consistent performance and attribution process.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a Financial Services role or equivalent background
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Certified Investment Performance Measurement (CIPM) or Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) qualifications are preferred
