Financial Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Project Coordinator to provide financial management support for the execution of key projects.

  • This role will involve providing end-to-end financial support, including developing program financial plans and establishing monthly financial reporting and forecasting requirements.
  • You will work closely with stakeholders to develop IFRS 15 documentation and ensure revenue recognition in accordance with this standard.
  • Other responsibilities include reviewing and validating estimates to complete, maintaining a summary of all project tasking orders, and managing financial reporting requirements.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing escalation calculations and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to 'fee at risk'.
  • A significant aspect of this role is generating accurate invoicing and building strong relationships with internal and external customers.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business, or Accounting, and demonstrated experience in project financial principles.
  • Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and Agresso, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
