**How will I help?**
Reporting to the Portfolio Director (Regulatory Change & Financial Crime) as a Project Coordinator, you will sit within the PMO team and support join BT Financial Group's Program Delivery Team. You will provide high quality coordination, communication, governance, reporting, and information management supporting the work of the Portfolio Office. You will support the respective Program and Project Managers and will have accountability and ownership of project governance deliverables. This is a hands-on role that will suit an adaptable, organised team player with resilience, initiative, and an enthusiastic attitude, who is able to prioritise appropriately under different managers.
You will be involved in:
- Governance tasks which will see you embedding existing processes to ensure the alignment to the Group's Project Execution Framework.
- Ensure all project deliverables are uploaded to the Enterprise Project Document Repository (EPDR) in a timely fashion.
- Assist the Program and Project Managers to ensure that scope is managed appropriately.
- Ownership of the daily financial management; responsibility for inputting financial information into business cases and status reports; responsible for ensuring project managers review and reforecast their respective financials at month end.
- Administration tasks such as constructing decks and producing minutes for multiple, regular meeting, processing invoices; setting up and facilitating workshops; on and off boarding of staff.
- Support the identification, monitoring, reporting and escalation of risks and issues and/or problems associated with services and/or delivery in the project.
- Ensure the Risk and Issue registers are maintained to a sufficient quality and regularly updated.
**What do I need?**
- Demonstrated experience as a Project Coordinator/Administrator supporting key projects in banking/financial services.
- Solid financial administration and analytical skills to understand program financials and budget management.
- Experience supporting regulatory projects is highly desirable
- Experience in using SharePoint and/or Intranet, Excel, JIRA and Clarity is highly desirable
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task
- Initiative and communication skills to work with the wider project team to resolve any problems identified with governance or administrative requirements.
