Job Title: Residential Construction Supervisor

Description:

A highly skilled construction professional is required to oversee the successful delivery of residential homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To deliver high-quality homes on time, in line with plans and company policies.
  • Effective day-to-day management of site activities, trades personnel, suppliers and logistics.
  • Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment.
  • Compliance with OH&S regulations and enforcing site-specific safety protocols.
  • Attending regular project meetings.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 12 months experience in a trade-related role.
  • Trade qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Current manual driver's license.
