Job Opportunity: Residential Building Supervisor

The ideal candidate will have a trade-based background with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar supervisory role with a residential new home builder.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the construction of new homes in Queensland
  • Coordinating with contractors and tradespeople to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Developing and implementing quality control procedures to maintain high standards of workmanship

Responsibilities may also include:

  • Leading and managing a team of building supervisors
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Maintaining accurate records of project progress and outcomes
