Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional client service professional to join our team as a Residential Building Coordinator.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences from pre-construction to handover of residential homes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client files, creating contracts, navigating clients through the building approval process, and ensuring timely and accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client files from pre-site to handover, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
  • Create contracts and contract variations with attention to detail.
  • Navigate clients through the building approval process, providing regular updates on progress.
  • Collate necessary documents for completion certificates.
