We are seeking a skilled Residential Home Construction Supervisor to lead our residential home projects in Brisbane's Southside / Ipswich region.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to join our team and provide daily supervision of residential home projects, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and building regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise residential home construction sites, enforcing adherence to plans and building codes.
  • Maintain open communication with tradespeople and suppliers, tracking progress and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Regularly inspect sites to ensure quality standards are met and address any construction or design issues promptly.
  • Foster collaboration among site personnel, consultants, and suppliers to guarantee smooth project execution.
  • Maintain site cleanliness and uphold workplace health and safety protocols.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Supervisor in medium to high volume residential home builders in QLD.
  • A current Builder/Supervisor Licence and White Card.
  • In-depth knowledge of Australian building regulations, WH&S standards, and quality assurance systems, including the National Construction Code and QBCC Standards and Tolerances.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret technical drawings.
  • Expertise in building principles, systems, and processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software (experience with Databuild and Onsite Companion is beneficial).
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
