Our team is seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Brand Support Coordinator.

Job Summary

This position will assist the project management team with various tasks to ensure the effective, timely completion of brand projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing order entry, ensuring order instructions and information are submitted accurately and timely to production teams.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution;
  • Assist in maintaining accurate project and order status notes in all required software programs;
  • Rout clients artwork through designated systems;
  • Schedule and attend planning and order initiation meetings;
  • Contribute to creating and maintaining standard operating procedures for the department;
  • Prepare workbooks and track standard development processes;
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Tertiary education;
  • A minimum of one year of project coordination or administrative experience; preferably in branding/advertising/marketing agencies;
  • Prior experience in handling graphic design or artwork would be highly preferable;
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills;
  • Well-organized and attention to detail;
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as internal and external clients;
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment;
  • Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management;
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting;
