Senior Human Resources Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex HR data to inform strategic workforce decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, with experience working with HR systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors. They will also possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to distill complex insights into actionable recommendations.

The Senior Human Resources Analyst will work closely with senior leaders and PX stakeholders to embed data into decision-making processes, improving the employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

In this role, you will:

  • Analyze and interpret complex HR data to inform strategic workforce decisions
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to highlight workforce trends and employee lifecycle metrics
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop scalable data solutions
  • Participate in workshops and discovery sessions to understand business questions and define success metrics

The successful candidate will have:

  • 5+ years' experience in data analytics, with a focus on HR, people analytics, or workforce planning
  • Strong technical capability with tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar for data extraction and analysis
  • Experience working with digital data sources such as survey tools, learning platforms, and engagement tools
  • Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to both technical and non-technical audiences
