  • Maintaining a tidy and organized front of office and recreation area.
  • Managing guest check-in and check-out processes.
  • Performing various administrative tasks in the office.
  • Coordinating meeting room arrangements.
  • Developing in-house rules for staff.
  • Organizing social media events and internal/external activities.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent presentation skills and polite manners.
  • Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and ability to assist with various needs.
  • Proficiency in Office suite.
