The role of a Training Development Expert is pivotal in shaping the organizational learning landscape. This position oversees the entire training function, encompassing creation and delivery of programs designed to meet organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create innovative training programs that align with business objectives
- Maintain accurate training records to ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Collaborate with front-line workers to understand their training requirements
- Sourcing content and uploading it to the Learning Management System (LMS)
Criteria for Success:
To excel in this position, you must have experience in training development. We are seeking an ambitious individual with a positive attitude who can build rapport with various stakeholders. Experience in transferring content into SCORM files and uploading to the LMS is highly desirable. Previous experience in a similar role within the healthcare sector is advantageous.
