This role is available in our Sydney office with hybrid working arrangements available. The successful candidate will join our high-performing Centre of Excellence team underpinning the Client & Market Growth team by providing high-level support across all industry groups and lines of business.

The ideal candidate will possess polished verbal communication and business writing skills, strong stakeholder management skills with a client service focus, a proactive team player mentality, solution-oriented mindset, goal-focused attitude, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, commitment to innovation and best practice, and tertiary qualifications in commerce, business, marketing, or a related discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation of tender, proposal, and capability statements
  • Production of marketing and presentation materials
  • Implementation and execution of a wide range of business development and marketing projects across the business
  • Assist in the development of business development plans for accounts, industries, and lines of business
  • Measure, report, and assess the effectiveness of initiatives to enable continuous improvement into future activities
  • Manage research and reporting tasks for internal or client use
  • Foster collaborative relationships with key stakeholders while ensuring high-quality service delivery

Average Salary Range: AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum
