Product Marketing Manager

Xero is a leading cloud-based accounting and bookkeeping platform that empowers small businesses and their advisors to grow and thrive. As a Product Marketing Manager for Reporting and Insights, you will play a critical role in positioning and marketing our global feature sets to new and existing customers, driving adoption and utilization.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to undertake market, competitor, and customer research to deeply understand customer needs and pain points.
- Consolidate and communicate insights to inform product marketing plans and drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain compelling product evidence to support customer value propositions.
- Lead the development of internal briefing assets and sales enablement resources to support internal teams.
- Identify opportunities to grow product adoption, usage, and retention, and influence relevant teams to leverage these opportunities.
- Strong experience in product marketing or a related field, preferably in a SaaS organization.
- Experience working in a global role across geographies and in an agile environment.
- Proven experience in creating and developing product strategy, positioning, and messaging.
- Ability to think strategically, work independently, and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
