Product Owner

At Product Agent Solutions, we're passionate about leveraging technology to enhance our customers' experience. We are looking for a Product Owner to join our team, working within the Agent division, this role plays a crucial role in enhancing our portfolio of agent-facing products, ensuring our customers provide exceptional service to their clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Advocacy: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer product requirements by defining and prioritising user stories and backlog items based on customer value, and refining the product backlog in response to feedback and evolving business needs.
  • Product Leadership: Demonstrate ownership and leadership of the product, inspiring team alignment with the product vision and drive Agile methodologies.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of customer-focused solutions.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Agile Methodologies: Strong understanding of agile methodologies.
  • Product Management: Experience with product management principles.
  • Communication: Ability to translate customer needs into clear, actionable requirements for development teams.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with mobile applications and API integrations is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to help drive prioritisation and facilitate making data-lead decisions.
