Administrative Support Officer

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Support Officer to join our team at Wintringham's South Eastern Office. As an Administrative Support Officer, you will provide administrative support to our Home Support Manager, Site Coordinators, and Case Managers. Your responsibilities will include developing, coordinating, and maintaining administration functions and program records, managing petty cash, and entering admissions, discharges, and client movements into our data-based systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide secretarial and administrative support to Home Support Manager – Community Services, Site Coordinators, and Case Managers
* Develop, coordinate, and maintain the administration functions and program records of the office
* Manage the office petty cash and monitor clients' trust money
* Enter admissions, discharges, and client movements into Epicor and other data-based systems
Requirements:
* Excellent administration skills
* Strong financial management skills
* Attention to detail
* Understanding of aged care processes
* Ability to prioritize tasks and time manage efficiently
* Strong IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
* Excellent communication skills
