We are seeking an organized and motivated Office Administration Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative processes and customer interactions.

**Type: Full-Time (office based)**

**Role**:
As the Office Administration Manager at Oceansouth Australia, you will be responsible for overseeing various administrative and customer service functions that are essential to the efficient functioning of the company. You will collaborate closely with both internal teams and external customers to ensure a seamless experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive and process customer orders promptly and accurately.
- Liaise with the warehouse team to coordinate order fulfillment and shipping.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing stock levels.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide information about our products and services.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and customer-centric manner.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Generate and send invoices to customers in a timely manner.
- Ensure accuracy of pricing, discounts, and terms on invoices.
- Maintain and organize office records, documents, and files.
- Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues across departments to facilitate smooth operations.
- Accurately enter and maintain data related to orders, customers, and inventory.

**You must have**:

- High proficiency level of computer skills (MS office, specifically excel), online platforms and business software (knowledge of SAP an advantage) or aptitude for learning new software and systems
- Excellent organisational, time management and multi-tasking skills
- Strong customer service-orientated attitude
- Great communication and people skills with engaging phone manner
- Proven experience in a similar office management role or transferable skills
- Ability to use initiative, working both autonomously and within a small team
- Strong attention to detail and process driven

The position would suit someone who is dynamic, adaptable and thrives in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment with high customer engagement. You will be highly organised and process orientated. You will also bring a personable and positive attitude to this customer facing, hands on role working with both office and warehouse staff. Experience in the marine industry or boating knowledge would be an advantage however with a willingness to learn you can develop this know-how on the job.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
