**About us**

We are a solar panel wholesale business based in Braeside. We have a small friendly team and are seeking an enthusiastic person with a passion for numbers and exceptional time management skills to fill a full time administrator position.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- 1 year or more administrator experience
- Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office
- Good command of English and communication skills
- Fluent both in Chinese and English.
- Great organisation skills
- Great customer service skills

**Tasks and responsibilities**:

- Daily entering of invoices using ZOHO software
- Accounts receivable and payable
- Bank reconciliation
- Freight booking
- Supporting international trade documents
- General ad hoc admin work to support the team as required.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
