Customer Service Representative Job Opportunity

MCC Label is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative.

This role involves working closely with Sales Representatives and internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences from start to finish. As a key link between customers and our organisation, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service and driving our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries, process orders accurately, and provide timely updates on order status
  • Support Account Managers by preparing quotes, managing documentation, and coordinating with internal teams
  • Maintain accurate records, update customer information, and ensure efficient processing of documentation
  • Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal departments to find effective solutions
  • Contribute to improving processes and share insights to enhance the customer experience
Requirements
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in manufacturing and print industries
  • Strong administrative skills, including attention to detail and organisational ability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and demonstrate high initiative and self-motivation
