About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Medical Frontline Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys providing exceptional patient service, working collaboratively with healthcare professionals, and staying on top of administrative tasks.

As a Medical Frontline Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing all phone enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinating appointments and scheduling for patients and referrers
  • Issuing patient invoices and processing Medicare rebates as required
  • Updating patient registration details and maintaining accurate records
  • Ensuring the reception area is clean and presentable at all times
