Job Description:

As an Associate in our Corporate Transactions team, you will work on complex matters with global impact.

  • You will advise on a mix of M&A, corporate advisory, and commercial transactions.
  • Support senior lawyers on cross-border deals and large-scale strategic transactions.
  • Draft and negotiate key transaction documents and conduct due diligence.
  • Gain exposure to international workstreams through our global platform.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • 2–5 years' experience in corporate law, with strong exposure to M&A.
  • Excellent technical skills and commercial acumen.
  • Strong drafting, research, and communication skills.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and interest in cross-border work.
  • A strong academic record.
