Job Overview

The role of a Fulfilment Operations Manager is to coordinate and oversee the delivery of accurate and consistent same day order fulfillment services for customers and stores.

The ideal candidate will have a focus on maintaining and improving safety for the team, customer satisfaction, and driving service culture while continuously improving processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a high level of safety awareness and modelling a positive safety culture across the site
  • Implementing efficient inventory processes with a focus on safety and continuous improvement
  • Overseeing key performance indicators (KPIs) for picking, stocking, and despatch
  • Coordinating team development and training to address skill gaps
  • Providing feedback and support to team members to improve performance and drive results
