**Job Description:** Our Customer Delivery Driver role is designed to provide customers with a seamless and efficient delivery experience. This involves working in a safe environment that combines technology with teamwork, ensuring timely delivery of orders and providing excellent customer service.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for interacting with customers directly, combining people skills with time management to deliver orders on time. You will appreciate the unique benefits of the technology at a Customer Fulfilment Centre, including vans loaded with orders and efficient routes mapped out.

The challenging aspects of this role include delivering orders within a set timeframe and maintaining the van. You will also need to be on your feet and carry moderate loads within a highly automated environment.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:** To succeed in this role, you will need an unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence or green probationary license, as well as the confidence to safely drive and navigate busy streets and roads. You will also need to be active, lifting and carrying groceries from the van to delivery points.

In addition, we are looking for individuals who can commit to providing great customer experiences, following procedures, and ensuring schedules and deadlines are met. Ideally, you will have a Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate or card, but we can support you to get this.
