We are thrilled to offer a rare and exciting opportunity for a Fulfilment Warehouse Manager to join our team and contribute to a renowned Australian brand.

This role will be responsible for the daily operations of our in-house fulfillment centre ensuring it runs at optimal performance. It is responsible for driving operations, efficiency, stock levels, safety, and exceptional service to our customer. The Fulfilment Warehouse Manager manages the end-to-end control over the order fulfilment process, from order receiving and processing all the way through to delivery. This role manages and is supported by a passionate and friendly fulfilment team which includes full time and casual staff and works closely with Ecommerce, CX & at times, PR & Social departments.

This is a full-time position(38 hours per week), with daily hours likely to commence before 8:00am, therefore we are looking for someone who is flexible with start and finish times. This role will be based at our Head Office in Hawthorn East, Melbourne.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading a team and ensuring targets and KPI's are achieved
  • Driving fulfilment operations, picking and packing orders to ensure customer satisfaction (at a global level)
  • Monitoring stock levels and maintaining stock integrity
  • Lifting cartons up to 10kg and using a forklift
  • Ensuring OH&S standards and procedures are adhered to
  • Accurately receiving weekly shipments
  • Managing the roster and working with external agencies to ensure adequate roster coverage for peak periods
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to improve processes, efficiency, and customer service
  • Motivate, drive and coach high performance through your staff
  • Training team members

Criteria:

  • 2+ years operational experience working in a high-volume warehouse/3PL environment preferred
  • Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems
  • Proven experience with stock control, operations and leading a team
