
High-Performing Paid Search Manager

A high-performing Paid Search Manager is required to lead our paid search campaigns and deliver strong results. This role involves working with senior leadership, creative, and development teams to build and scale paid search campaigns that meet performance goals.
About the Job
- Manage budgets across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms.
- Develop keyword strategies and optimize ad copy and landing pages for improved performance.
- Track key metrics like CPL, CPA, and ROAS; regularly test new formats, bidding strategies, and funnels.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive campaign success.
- Use data to inform decision-making and improve results.
- Stay up-to-date with platform updates and best practices in paid search.
- 3+ years of experience in paid search, with a focus on Google Ads (Microsoft Ads a bonus).
- Agency experience is necessary.
- Hands-on and client-facing, able to work effectively in a growing team.
