Role Overview

We're seeking a skilled Customer Sales and Retention Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our contact centre, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound interactions with members, providing personalized support, and showcasing the value of our health insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Proactively reach out to members to offer personalized support and ensure their needs are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to members.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and regulatory requirements to provide accurate information to members.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, including sales and retention metrics.
