Role Overview

We're seeking a skilled Customer Sales and Retention Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our contact centre, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound interactions with members, providing personalized support and guidance to help them navigate their health insurance needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to members via phone, email, and other channels
  • Respond to member inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Proactively reach out to members to offer personalized support and guidance
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve member issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Meet and exceed performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
