Job Description

This role is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of young people. As a Youth Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting and supporting students to achieve success in transitioning from school to post-school options.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social justice principles and be able to work within flexible school practice frameworks. They will also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as experience working as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities include developing pathways, assisting with goal setting, and providing learning options to prepare students for successful transitions. The successful applicant will also be required to build local networks and partnerships to strengthen community connections with the school.
