Student Services Team Leader Job Overview
">The Student Services Centre is responsible for delivering exceptional student support services to our community. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead this team on a permanent full-time basis.
">As the Student Services Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Centre, ensuring efficient service delivery and a supportive environment for students, staff and visitors. You will play a key role in maintaining the smooth function of the Centre and upholding the College Christian beliefs, values and practice.
">Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and relational skills, with experience in leading teams and managing day-to-day operations. You will be able to build strong relationships with students, staff and parents, and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

- Ensure efficient service delivery and a supportive environment for students, staff and visitors">
- Maintain the smooth function of the Centre and uphold the College Christian beliefs, values and practice">

- Be a committed Christian who is active in the life of a Reformed Evangelical Church">
- Support the College's vision of holistic Christian education">
- Have exceptional communication and relational skills with children, parents, colleagues, the College and the community">
- Hold a valid Working with Children Check in NSW (WWCC)">
