School Operations Management Position

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the daily operations of our Student Services Centre, ensuring efficient service delivery and a supportive environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of daily centre operations, including student support services
  • Leadership of a team to deliver high-quality student experiences
  • Development and implementation of operational policies and procedures
  • Maintenance of a safe and respectful learning environment
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years experience in leadership or management role
  • Proven track record of successful team management and development
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to Christian values and education philosophy
  • Holds a valid Working with Children Check in NSW (WWCC)
