About the Role

Australian Regional And Remote Community Services (ARRCS) is seeking a skilled Payroll Officer to join our team. As a Payroll Officer, you will play a critical role in the processing and execution of our staff's fortnightly payroll.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and execute payroll for over 600 staff members
  • Support staff on general queries and ensure timesheets are in, lodged, and accurate
  • Work with the corporate services team to reduce payroll errors and support efficiencies and processes within ARRCS payroll
  • Provide advice and solutions to general payroll queries
Requirements
  • Previous experience undertaking core payroll processing duties
  • Intermediate level of competency using Microsoft Office
  • Experience with the AURION payroll system (desirable)
  • Experience with KRONOS Time and Attendance system (desirable)
  • Exposure to large and complex environment with multiple EBA's, Awards, and pay processing cycles (desirable)
