Project Manager

As a seasoned project manager, you will play a pivotal role in our supply chain network design team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure successful execution from inception to operational efficiency.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide full governance over the network design project, coordinating various functions and driving continuous process improvement.
  • Act as the primary contact for all project-related streams, drive and track project tasks, and prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and local policies.
  • Review reports and dashboards to evaluate project performance, conduct ongoing assessments, and implement strategies for process efficiency improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain team to ensure seamless project deployment and align project activities with internal policies and procedures.
  • Manage the transition between the current and future 3PL network, ensuring a smooth and efficient handover, and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce wastage.
Requirements

Proven experience as a Project Manager in Supply Chain with warehouse/network development or similar projects is essential. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is also required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders.
