Supply Chain Leadership Opportunity

We're seeking a strategic Supply Chain Program Manager to drive network efficiency and consolidation across our Australian fulfillment network.

  • Lead cross-functional projects to improve shipment consolidation, optimize packaging utilization, delivery efficiency, and network flow.

  • Analyze and implement consolidation strategies, design efficient middle-mile networks, and plan capacity to support consolidation goals while maintaining service levels.

  • Develop inventory transfer strategies to maximize consolidation potential and design multi-order consolidation strategies balancing speed, cost, and efficiency.

About the Role

This high-impact role will shape how millions of customers receive their packages. You'll lead strategic initiatives that transform our consolidation capabilities, focusing on:

  • Analyzing and implementing consolidation strategies across fulfillment centers

  • Leading deep-dive analyses into order patterns and consolidation opportunities

  • Designing efficient middle-mile networks to enable consolidation opportunities

  • Planning network capacity to support consolidation goals while maintaining service levels

  • Developing inventory transfer strategies that maximize consolidation potential

What We're Looking For

We need someone with advanced analytics skills, strong stakeholder management, and cross-functional project leadership. Experience in supply chain operations, network design, or related fields is essential. You should be able to prepare, report, and analyze large sets of data using Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL at a medium level.

Key Qualifications

  • Professional experience in either supply chain and logistics, transportation, operations, and/or e-commerce industries

  • Relevant program or project management experience in a similar role

  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams

  • Ability to prepare, report, and analyze large sets of data
