About the Role:

As a senior leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our supply chain network design project from inception to operational efficiency.

  • Oversee and govern all aspects of the network design project.
  • Cordinate and direct all functions throughout the project phases.
  • Ensure the project's successful completion within the planned scope and timeline while minimizing operational disruptions.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for all project-related streams. Drive and track project tasks, ensuring accountability and progress.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze reports and dashboards to evaluate project performance. Conduct ongoing assessments of project efficiency and effectiveness. Implement strategies to drive process efficiency improvements.
  • Supply Chain Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain team to ensure seamless project deployment. Align project activities with internal policies and procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Manage the transition between the current and future 3PL network, ensuring a smooth and efficient handover. Implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce wastage.
