**Role Purpose**

Woolworths Supply Chain is undergoing a transformation through the launch of My PrimaryConnect, a new digital platform to support our growing Primary Connect business. My Primary Connect (MyPC) will power Primary Connect is our market leading commercial platform is a growth engine built to accelerate our market position in the coming years. We will create customer-driven solutions for an industry-leading SC experience that will differentiate us from our competitors, and create long term partnerships.

Responsible to deliver, implement, transition and realise the CS digital ecosystem capability into the Primary Connect network

**Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for successful requirements, design, implementation & transition of Systems for realisation of business capabilities into our supply chain network
- Responsible to undertake change management and comms planning and execution activities to ensure a seamless transition and the realisation of planned benefits
- Plan, build & manage functional deployments, including people plan to ensure product knowledge continuity into BAU
- Plan and manage user acceptance testing, including ensuring availability of key stakeholders to support.
- Coordinate Go-Live Support plan during implementation of new functionality for seamless deployment
- Engage and align with design team throughout the lifecycle of each project
- Responsible to manage the end to end training process, from completion of a training needs analysis to ensuring training is executed and retained by end-users.

**About you
- 7+ years Supply Chain experience, within the FMCG / Food, Beverage & Retail Sector
- 5+ years functional business architecture design experience covering complex implementations
- 5+ years in managing a transition through to operations (including leading implementations, building & directing deployment teams)
- Demonstrated experience in managing across teams to achieve deliverables; experience in collaborating with others to achieve outcomes.
- Understanding of safety management systems for Supply Chain including CoR;
- Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organisation and with customers;
- Ability to focus on the details while maintaining an understanding of the big picture
- Demonstrated effective negotiation and influencing skills with stakeholders;
- Proven ability in gaining the trust and respect from Sponsors and key Business partners
- Experience in working effectively within a large, multidivisional and complex environment; and
- Exceptional delivery and change management capability

**Qualifications
- Required: Bachelors in Engineering/Science/ Business Management or equivalent Degree in Project Management + Bachelors in Science/Information Management Systems
