Family Support Specialist

As an Early Intervention Case Manager, you will work closely with families and their children to provide support and guidance in improving safety and connectedness within the community.
The role involves initial screening and assessment, developing family case plans, and providing in-home support for carers. You will also oversee case management activity, offer parenting and trauma information, and facilitate connections to local community services and cultural activities.
A strong understanding of Aboriginal culture and values is essential, as is the ability to collaborate with community services and other agencies. A qualification in human services or equivalent experience and skills are required, along with a commitment to working collaboratively and liaising with community services and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide initial screening and assessment for families
