Family Support Specialist

About the RoleThe successful candidate will provide initial screening and assessment for families, identifying their needs and developing personalized case plans. They will work closely with parents and carers to ensure that their requirements are met, providing ongoing support and guidance as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough assessments of family needs and develop tailored case plans
- Work collaboratively with parents and carers to achieve desired outcomes
- Identify barriers to support and implement strategies to overcome them
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A qualification in human services or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
