Senior HR Business Partner Job Description">

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving organisational success by partnering with leadership to ignite, lead and drive the organisation's people and culture.

The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management experience and be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. They will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organisational goals.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to employees at all levels of the organisation.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in recruitment strategies and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
  • Manage employee relations, including performance management, salary reviews and compensation and benefits changes.
  • Develop and implement training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform HR decisions and recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years of HR generalist experience, ideally at the HRBP level.
  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Skills:

  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks to deadlines.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with HR systems and software.
