Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide coaching, advisory, and support services to employees at all levels, including performance management, career development, and conflict resolution.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in developing and implementing recruitment strategies that attract top talent.
  • Manage the full employee life cycle, including performance management, compensation, and benefits administration.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct workplace investigations and provide recommendations for resolution.
  • Lead change management initiatives to drive cultural transformation and improve organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.
