Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ICT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with clients and candidates across a variety of technology markets, including software development, IT services, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Sourcing: Build talent pipelines and contribute to the formation of accurate databases of skilled ICT talent
  • Candidate Research: Conduct thorough research to identify top ICT talent for client requirements
  • Recruitment Process Management: Manage recruitment processes, including advertising, telephone screening, long listing, shortlisting, candidate interviews, reformatting of candidate CVs for presentation to the client, reference checking, and submission through client recruitment portals
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in ICT recruitment, preferably in a technology or IT services environment
  • Speed and Efficiency: Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • High Level of Autonomy: Drive to achieve results and take ownership of recruitment projects
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients and candidates at all levels
