As an ICT Services Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering effective ICT support and maintenance services at our St Catherine campus.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to ensuring seamless service delivery across the campus.

  • Provide timely and efficient ICT support to staff and students.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex ICT issues, escalating them to senior specialists as necessary.
  • Maintain and update campus ICT hardware, devices, and related inventory according to established procedures.
  • Assist with the management of the College's Device Program, including repairs, replacements, and deployments for the St Catherine's campus.
  • Collaborate with the ICT Manager and other ICT staff to coordinate cross-campus projects and ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of campus ICT assets, support requests, and issue resolutions.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience providing ICT support in a school or similar environment.
  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues across various devices and systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with staff, students, and service providers.
  • Working knowledge of ICT infrastructure, applications, and device management.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Eligibility to obtain a Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
  • Relevant ICT qualifications are highly regarded.
