Product Marketing Specialist


We are seeking a dynamic and driven marketing specialist who can blend product expertise with strategic marketing skills. This role involves shaping how our products are positioned, crafting compelling stories, and ensuring campaigns resonate with our audiences.


The successful candidate will report to the Senior Marketing Manager and be responsible for bringing new products to life in the market, contributing to campaign planning and execution, and helping ensure messaging stays consistent with our brand.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop product positioning and messaging frameworks that highlight benefits and differentiation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign strategy, ensuring new and existing products integrate with brand initiatives.
  • Support products throughout their lifecycle with updates, content refreshes, and ongoing promotional support.
  • Produce engaging content across multiple platforms — website, brochures, EDMs, social media, and training tools.
  • Liaise with suppliers, category managers, and internal teams to gather information and insights for product storytelling.
  • Assist with product training initiatives and development of training resources.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all marketing materials.
  • Manage multiple projects effectively, balancing deadlines and stakeholder expectations.


Requirements:
  • At least 3 years' experience in a marketing or product marketing role.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Experience in interiors, bathrooms, kitchens, FMCG, or retail is highly regarded.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create both engaging and technically accurate content.
  • Intermediate design skills (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) or experience working with design teams.
  • A confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organised with proven project management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
