Product Launch Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Launch Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, commercialization, and sales force automation.

About the role:

  • Manage the commercialization of new products by coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve successful product launches.
  • Lead and coordinate all activities to deliver the first production of new products to meet customer launch dates.
  • Produce weekly status reports on the progress of new products.
  • Support stakeholders with commercialization issues and provide guidance on using Salesforce.
  • Embed best practices and identify bottlenecks in the commercialization process. Act as an escalation point for problems and work with teams and the Commercialization Manager to mitigate risks to projects.
  • Assist Commercial Managers with ad hoc tasks such as running Salesforce reports, training users, identifying process improvements, etc.
  • Train new employees and re-train existing employees on the commercialization process and Salesforce module.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Minimum 2 years working experience in a related industry.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong business knowledge and ability to interface with commercial and business organizations.
  • Experience in NPI systems Optiva, MDM, SFDC is desirable.
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good command of English.
